A short guide to clothes, colors and places, so the session goes quickly and the photos look like you on a good day.

Both work in one session. Most teams pick one for the website and use the other for everything else.

Team headshots, one setup in Santa Fe
One sitting, two looks
A jacket on, then off. Or a second top in a different tone. It takes a minute and doubles what you walk away with.
Bring two tops or one extra layer. Hang them, don't fold them. Steam the night before, because creases show more on camera than in a mirror.
Solid, mid-tone colors photograph best
Deep blues, greens, earth tones and warm neutrals. They keep the attention on your face and sit well against both adobe and a backdrop.
Coordinate, don't match
For group shots, pick a family of colors rather than a uniform. Nobody here planned to match, and the photo still reads as one team.
A few things that trip people up
- Fine stripes and small checks. They shimmer on screens.
- Big logos and busy prints. They pull the eye off your face.
- Neon. Bright colors cast onto skin.
- A brand-new haircut. Give it a week to settle.
- Anything you don't normally wear. It shows.
- Two tops or an extra layer, on hangers
- Glasses, if you wear them. Clean them. I handle the glare.
- A lint roller for dark fabrics
- Water and lip balm
- The shoes you would wear anyway. Group shots are often full length.
At least five finished images per person, plus the group set. Gentle retouching is included, and the gallery arrives the next day.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should my team wear for corporate headshots?
Solid colors photograph best. Avoid busy patterns and logos. If anyone has a second top or jacket, it's worth bringing as a backup option.
How long does each person take during a team headshot session?
Roughly 7-8 minutes per person once the session is moving, depending on group size and the time booked. I bring people through in waves rather than one long line, so no one is standing around.
Does our team need to set anything up before Casey arrives?
No. I bring the backdrop and lighting and set up before the session starts. There's nothing your team needs to prepare on-site.
Is retouching included in corporate headshots?
Yes. Basic retouching is included on every image at no extra charge.
How soon does our team get the photos?
Next day. The full set is delivered the day after the session.
