Need a one-page brief to forward to your team? I wrote one. It covers everything: coverage tiers, what's included, venues I know, day-of rhythm, turnaround timeline, reviews, how to book — in the order your decision-maker will ask.

I specialize in DMC programs — multi-day incentive travel, group arrivals, themed dinners, galas, and excursions. Daily image delivery so your client has photos before they fly home. I know every major New Mexico venue DMCs use.
DMC Photographer →Two Disciplines, One Photographer
I split my time about evenly between weddings and corporate events. Some photographers specialize in one or the other; I do both, on purpose, because the skill sets feed each other and the client outcomes are better when one person has both reps. A wedding teaches you to read a room without being told what to look for. A corporate event teaches you to deliver to a brand standard on a deadline. The combination is what most companies actually need: documentary instinct AND turnkey reliability.
My business in 2025 broke down to roughly 48 weddings and 30 events at an average booking value 2x higher on the event side than the wedding side. Corporate events are the highest-margin work I do, and the operational rhythm — fast on-site, fast turnaround, repeat client relationships — fits perfectly alongside the wedding calendar. If you're the events coordinator at a venue or the marketing lead at a company in Santa Fe, Albuquerque, or anywhere across northern New Mexico, this page explains how I work and what you get.
Why Hire a Wedding Photographer for Corporate
Wedding photographers read rooms. We anticipate moments, move fast, and work without direction. That skill set translates directly to corporate events, where the pace is unpredictable, the lighting changes from ballroom to breakout room, and nobody has time to pose.
I've covered more than 100 events across New Mexico. I know how to get the boardroom candid, the gala keynote, the handshake that matters, and the cocktail hour energy — without being asked, without disrupting the flow. That comes from years of reading rooms at weddings, where the stakes are personal and the timeline is unforgiving.
Next-day delivery means your marketing team has images before the event recap email goes out. Not a week later. Not after a round of follow-ups. The morning after.

Venues I Know
Corporate events in New Mexico tend to land at the same handful of properties. I've worked most of them multiple times and know the light, the layouts, and the logistics.
- Bishop's Lodge (Auberge Resorts) — 12+ corporate programs. Retreats, multi-day conferences, galas, incentive trips. I know every corner of this property. See the Bishop's Lodge corporate page →
- Eaves Movie Ranch — Western-themed corporate events. Unique backdrop, tricky light, requires a photographer who has been there before.
- Hyatt Regency Tamaya — Mele Associates retreats. Resort setting with indoor and outdoor options along the Rio Grande.
- La Fonda on the Plaza — Galas and fundraisers in the heart of Santa Fe. The ballroom and rooftop are both strong.
- Santa Fe Convention Center — The default for large-scale conferences. Fluorescent lighting that needs to be managed carefully.
- El Monte Sagrado, Taos — Intimate retreats with a high-end setting. Worth the drive north for the right event.
- Four Seasons Rancho Encantado — Sweeping views, refined spaces. Ideal for executive retreats.
- Pink Adobe — Private celebrations and intimate corporate dinners in one of Santa Fe's most iconic buildings.

"Casey's positive energy had all of our 150 guests eating out of his hand. The turnaround was unbelievably fast." — Sean
Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly do I get my photos?
Next business day for corporate events. Full edited gallery within 48 hours.
Do you travel for corporate events?
Yes. Based in Santa Fe, available nationwide. Travel fees apply outside New Mexico.
Can you do team headshots at the same event?
Yes. I set up a headshot station during downtime. 10-minute sessions, same-day delivery.
What's included in commercial usage rights?
Full rights to use all images in marketing, social media, press releases, and internal communications. No additional licensing fees.
How do I book?
Contact me with your event dates and details. I'll send a custom quote within 24 hours.
Who do you typically work with for corporate events in Santa Fe?
Destination management companies, resort event teams, conference organizers, and corporate HR departments. I work directly with event coordinators at Bishop's Lodge, Four Seasons Rancho Encantado, Hyatt Regency Tamaya, and La Fonda on the Plaza. I'm familiar with the approval chains and brand standards that matter to large corporate clients.
How many photos do I get from a corporate event?
A half-day event (4 hours) typically yields 150–250 edited images. A full day (8 hours) typically yields 300–500. Every image is culled and color-corrected — no contact sheets, no raw dumps.
Can you provide video coverage at corporate events?
Yes. I cover both photo and video. For corporate clients this usually means a highlight reel of 60–90 seconds for social or internal communications, plus b-roll delivered as individual clips. Combined photo-video packages are available at a lower total cost than booking separately.
What Santa Fe venues do you know best for corporate events?
Bishop's Lodge (8+ multi-day programs), Four Seasons Rancho Encantado, La Fonda on the Plaza, Hyatt Regency Tamaya, El Monte Sagrado Taos, and Eaves Movie Ranch. I know the best light, the timing, and which spaces read well in photos at each property.
What types of corporate events do you photograph?
Conferences, executive retreats, incentive travel programs, galas and award ceremonies, product launches, team building days, and board meetings. I also do on-location team headshots as a standalone service or add-on to event coverage.
