Every moment of the itinerary.
Arrivals + Welcome
Group arrival shots, welcome receptions, meet-and-greet moments. The first images your client sees — they set the tone for the whole recap.
Activities + Excursions
Mountain excursions, tastings, team-building, guided outings. I stay ahead of the group, not behind it. No missed moments.
Themed Dinners + Galas
Resort ballroom galas and open-air mountain dinners. Evening events need a photographer who manages changing light without flash dependency.
Conference + Keynote
Ballroom coverage, breakout sessions, speaker portraits, panel discussions. Clean, usable images for the post-program recap and next year's sell sheet.
On-Site Headshots
10-minute headshot sessions during program downtime. Same-day delivery. Groups love leaving with updated headshots — and your client remembers you made it happen.
Video + Social Cuts
:60/:30 highlight reels, B-roll libraries, recap content. Photo and video from one vendor. One call, one invoice, no coordination overhead.
Why DMCs and Incentive Houses Work With Me
Incentive travel photography has a specific operational requirement that most photographers miss: you need images before the group departs. Not after a two-week editing queue. Not after follow-up emails. The morning after Day 1, your client should have images in their inbox — ready for the internal recap, the social post, and the conversation about next year's program.
That's how I work. Day 1 images land the morning of Day 2. Full program gallery within 48 hours of close. Your client sees it before they're back in the office, and you look like the DMC who thought of everything. I stay discreet on-site — reading the room, not directing it — which is what incentive groups and their sponsors expect.

A Regional Specialty, Brought to Colorado
Incentive and DMC work is a regional discipline, not a local-only one. The photographers who do it well travel with the program. I'm based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and I've built the track record on multi-day incentive and corporate programs across the Southwest — the same coverage model applies directly to Colorado's resort towns and Front Range corporate hubs.
Denver, Boulder, and Colorado Springs on the Front Range; Vail, Aspen, Breckenridge, Beaver Creek, and Telluride in the mountains — these are the destinations incentive planners bring groups to, and they're a natural regional extension of the Southwest work I already do. Same discretion, same next-day delivery, same one-vendor photo-and-video coverage.

The DMC + Incentive Track Record
Repeat programs, not one-off gigs. DMCs and incentive houses come back because the images work, the turnaround is fast, and I don't need to be managed on-site.
- RMC — 4 multi-day programs: a western-themed event, an executive retreat, a manufacturing conference, and an automotive program
- Mele Associates — 5 programs including resort holiday retreats
- Van Wyck — Private group events

Frequently Asked Questions
What does incentive travel photography include?
Full multi-day program coverage: group arrivals, welcome receptions, activities and excursions, themed dinners, galas, keynotes, and closing receptions. I deliver next business day so your client has images before the group flies home.
Do you work directly with DMCs and incentive houses in Colorado?
Yes. I work directly with DMCs and incentive houses, and also with the resorts and venues they bring groups to. I understand the reporting requirements and brand standards that matter to your corporate client, and I travel to Colorado for these programs.
Are you based in Colorado?
I'm based in Santa Fe, New Mexico and travel to Colorado for incentive and DMC programs. My home base in the Southwest makes Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, and the mountain resort towns — Vail, Aspen, Breckenridge, Beaver Creek, and Telluride — a natural regional fit.
How fast is turnaround for multi-day programs?
Day 1 images delivered the morning of Day 2. Full program gallery within 48 hours of close. I know groups often fly home on the last day — delivery timing is built around that.
Can you deliver printed photos to our group?
Yes. For DMC and incentive programs I offer next-day delivery of printed photos so your group has prints before they fly home. For an additional fee I can also bring a printer on-site and produce 6×8 or 8×10 prints on demand during the event.
Can you handle groups of 100–500 people?
Yes. I've covered groups up to 500. For programs over 100 attendees I can add a second photographer. One call, one invoice.
Can you shoot video and photo for the same program?
Yes. Photo and video from one vendor. :60/:30/:15 social cuts, highlight reels, and B-roll libraries available. No coordination overhead for you.
How much does incentive travel photography cost?
Multi-day programs are quoted per program based on length, group size, and deliverables. Half-day coverage starts at $2,500. Full-day starts at $4,000. Multi-day programs are priced per day with volume rates. Send me your program dates and I'll return a quote within 24 hours.
Why hire a Southwest-based photographer for a Colorado program?
Incentive and DMC work is a regional specialty, not a local-only one. I've built the track record on multi-day programs across the Southwest — the same discreet, fast-turnaround, one-vendor coverage translates directly to Colorado resort and mountain programs. 100+ five-star reviews and next-day delivery come with me.
