I work directly with DMC event teams — not through vendor portals, not after three email chains. If you need images before your clients fly home, that is the default, not the exception.

Why DMCs Hire Me for New Mexico Programs

New Mexico is one of the premier incentive travel destinations in the Southwest. The landscapes are dramatic, the resorts are world-class, and the cultural experiences — dinner at a pueblo, a Western-themed evening at a historic movie ranch, a sunset cocktail hour on a Four Seasons terrace — photograph better than almost anywhere else in the country. But that only matters if the photographer knows how to read the light and move with the program.

I've been the photographer on programs run by RMC, Mele Associates, and several independent DMCs. The operational reality of incentive travel photography is specific: you are following a tight schedule, you can't ask speakers to repeat a moment, you need to be invisible during dining events and present for the arrivals, the group activities, the awards gala. I know this rhythm. The images from day one of a five-day program are delivered to the DMC before breakfast on day two.

Venues Where I Work Regularly

New Mexico DMC programs tend to concentrate at a handful of properties. I've covered multi-day programs at all of them.

Nightly Gallery Delivery

On multi-day programs, I edit and deliver a curated gallery from each day's coverage before the next morning's activities begin. This means your client has images from the welcome reception on the night of day one. By the time the group departs at the end of the program, they already have a complete edited gallery in hand — not a promise of images in two weeks.

For DMCs who use client portals or have specific gallery platform requirements, I work within your existing system. I can also provide images directly to the client's designated contact on a per-day basis during the program.

Combined Photo and Video

For incentive programs that need a video component — highlight reels for internal recognition, post-program recap videos for stakeholders, social content — I cover both under one contract. A 60–90 second highlight reel from a three-day program, delivered within 48 hours of the final day. Individual b-roll clips of key moments available separately. One point of contact, no coordination between separate contractors.

Insurance and Vendor Compliance

Insurance certificates are available for all resort and venue requirements. I carry standard commercial general liability coverage and can provide documentation directly to resort event coordinators. If a specific certificate of insurance format or additional insured language is required, that can be arranged before the program begins.

I'm familiar with the vendor approval processes at Bishop's Lodge, Four Seasons Rancho Encantado, and Hyatt Regency Tamaya. If your program is at a new venue, contact me with the requirements and I'll handle the documentation directly.

Consistent Multi-Program Pricing

DMCs running multiple programs in New Mexico annually can request preferred-vendor pricing. Consistent rates across dates, priority booking on my calendar, and a single contract framework for the year. This is the arrangement I have with several DMC clients — it reduces the administrative overhead on both sides and ensures the same photographer covers every program. Contact me to discuss annual arrangements.

How to Book

Send program dates, venue, approximate headcount, and a brief description of the event schedule. I'll respond within 24 hours with availability and a quote. For programs still in the planning stage, early calendar hold is available — no commitment required until the program is confirmed.

"Casey's positive energy had all of our 150 guests eating out of his hand. The turnaround was unbelievably fast." — Sean, RMC

Frequently Asked Questions

How does nightly gallery delivery work?

After each day's coverage I edit a curated selection and upload it to a private gallery. The DMC contact and client group receive access before the next morning's activities. No waiting until after the program ends.

Do you provide insurance certificates?

Yes. I carry commercial general liability coverage and can provide certificates of insurance with required additional insured language to resort and venue coordinators before the program begins.

Can you cover both photo and video on a multi-day program?

Yes. Combined photo-video coverage is available under one contract. Most programs get a highlight reel plus b-roll clips delivered within 48 hours of the program's final day.

What's your experience with Bishop's Lodge incentive programs?

I've covered 12+ multi-day programs at Bishop's Lodge including corporate retreats, incentive travel groups, and themed dinner events. I know the property's layout, the light at every hour, and the venue's operational rhythm.

Do you offer preferred-vendor pricing for annual programs?

Yes. DMCs running multiple programs per year can arrange consistent annual pricing with priority calendar holds. Contact me to discuss the arrangement.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as possible — New Mexico's peak incentive season (May–October) fills fast. I accept early calendar holds with no commitment required until the program is confirmed.

What if the program is at a venue I haven't listed?

I cover all of New Mexico and travel nationally for the right program. If you're bringing a group to a venue I haven't worked before, I'll do a site visit before the program. Insurance and vendor compliance are the same regardless of venue.
