Per-program invoicing with standard Net 30 terms. For DMCs running 3 or more programs per year, I offer annual retainer pricing with volume discounts. Single point of contact for billing and program coordination.
What commercial usage rights come with DMC programs?
Full commercial rights on every delivered image. Your DMC and your end client can use images in marketing, social media, press releases, sponsor decks, recap reels, and internal communications. No per-image licensing, no usage-based fees.
Can you guarantee availability across multiple programs per year?
Yes. Preferred DMC partners get first-look availability on calendar holds. Program dates locked 60 days out. For blackout conflicts, I maintain a small roster of vetted second-shooters who shoot to my style spec.
What's your coverage radius from Santa Fe?
No travel fee inside New Mexico: Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Taos, Los Alamos, and resort properties statewide. Regional Southwest (Colorado, Arizona, West Texas) at standard mileage. National travel available on request.
