I'm Casey Addason. I photograph weddings, corporate events, and editorial portraits across Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Taos, and northern New Mexico. I've shot at most of the luxury venues in the region and I'm building relationships with event teams directly so couples booking through your property get a photographer who already knows the space, your staff, and your vendor rhythm.

How Preferred Vendor Arrangements Typically Work
Every venue handles preferred photographer lists differently. Here's what usually happens on my side:
- You add me to your list. Typically requires a portfolio review, a sample gallery of past work at similar properties, proof of liability insurance ($2M general liability, $1M professional — documentation available on request), and a W-9.
- I provide images for your marketing. When couples book through your referral, I share a curated set of 20–30 images from the shoot with you for website + social media use. Credited or uncredited, your preference.
- I follow your venue guidelines. Dress code, staff coordination protocols, timeline expectations, photo restrictions in sensitive areas (spa, staff zones, other bookings).
- I refer couples back to your venue. When inquiries come to me looking for venue recommendations, I refer first to the venues where I have preferred-vendor relationships.

Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes. $2 million general liability and $1 million professional liability. Certificate of insurance available on request and can be issued with your venue named as additionally insured. No waiting period — I can send COIs same day.
Do venues have to pay anything for image-sharing arrangements?
No. When couples book photography through your preferred vendor list, I provide a curated set of 20 to 30 images from each shoot at your property for your website and social media at no cost to the venue. Credited or uncredited, your preference.
What's your coverage area?
Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Taos, and all of northern New Mexico with no travel fees. Southern New Mexico, Austin, Dallas, and Houston with travel fees. Available nationwide for destination weddings and events.
